This stereotype is based on the Germans of the movies. Also in the picture is a German with a beer in his hand, because they are known as beer lovers, in fact, they have one of the best known festivals worldwide called «Oktoberfest». Regarding what the cloud says, it is about silence, they are silent men, they don’t like to talk and when they do they are clear and concise with what they say, short, punctual. I think this because of movies I’ve seen.
